How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. For U.S. customers, shipping can take anywhere from 1-7 business days. For international customers, shipping can take anywhere from 2-8 weeks depending on what country you live in.

What is a self-care journal?

A self-care journal is a customizable journal that you can use to improve your mental health, physical health, organization, and so many other aspects of your life. Our journals are unlike any other journal on the market due to their customizability. You are able to add or remove pages as you please to create the perfect journal with everything you need and nothing you don't.

What is the best way to get started self-care journaling?

We always recommend starting with our Ultimate Starter Kit. We carefully curated this kit to have everything you need to get started without worrying about searching through all of the pages we carry. The Ultimate Starter Kit includes our super cute themed monthly spreads, which include 8 pages that help track things like your moods, habits, goals, and more. The kit also includes 10 of our most popular single page yearly spreads that help you to track so many fun aspects of your life for an entire year. In addition to all of these amazing pages, you will get a personalized journal, 12 monthly tab dividers to organize your journal, a set of our vibrant dual-ended brush pens, a set of our high-quality dual-ended highlighters, and a set of two black marker pens. I am on a budget, how can I get started journaling?

In order to cut your order total down, we recommend starting simple with an unpersonalized journal and one month of spreads. We offer a Basic Starter Kit which bundles these items along with essential stationery at an affordable, bundle price. Alternatively, you can always grab pages without the journal to see how you enjoy self-care journaling.

We also offer payment plans so you can pay off your order in smaller installments.

Can you please explain your pricing?

Absolutely! Our pricing is built around our quality, time/talent, cost and care put into every single order.

Something we are extremely proud of is our quality. Our pages are printed with commercial-grade printing onto premium, thick cardstock - not paper. Each and every one of our pages are hand-drawn by us (Angelina & Jessica). From our pages to our stationery and accessories, our quality will exceed your expectations.

Do you have any discounted items available?

Yes, we offer a unique selection of imperfect and discounted items. These items may have minor imperfections but are still fully functional. They provide budget-friendly options for journal enthusiasts who are looking for a great deal. Check out our imperfect/discounted item listing to find some hidden gems!

Do you accept custom requests?

We may accept some custom requests for things like name placement and sizing on our journals. We do our best to fulfill requests, but they are not guaranteed since it is easy to overlook requests that may require us to go off track from our normal processes. We prefer to accept requests with an answer of "maybe", rather than to not accept them at all. For the best chance to get your note seen, please put "see note" in the personalization box.

We respond to all emails/inquiries within 24-48 hours, and are generally available to respond Monday - Friday, from 9am - 5pm.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, we accept refunds within 30 days of purchase. However, please note that personalized items are not eligible for refunds. To be eligible for a refund, the products must be in brand-new, unused condition. The buyer is responsible for return shipping, and the refund will be issued for the cost of the items minus the original shipping fee and a 20% restocking fee. What is your cancellation policy?

We accept cancellations as long as your order has not been processed (prepped, especially those that are personalized). We do charge a cancellation fee of 10%.
