I love it.
I ordered 2 sheets for a journal and they only cost $2 total. The packaging was damaged in transit because it was flimsy. I teacher put to Jessica’s Journal. I had to do it twice because they “had to talk it over”. It was $2 and it was a gift for someone who already has one of their journals. They refused to do anything for me and told me to contact the USPS for the $2 A decent business owner would have refunded the $2 or sent me a replacement. So now they lost me as a customer and the influencer that the sheets were going to. Loose 2 customers instead of refunding or replacing item is quite silly. Penny wise dollar foolish.oh well all the journals are cheap enough anyway and can easily be purchased elsewhere. I think these businesses need to realize that there is a lot of competition and people can buy the exact products elsewhere as a business owner of a business in the US and the Caribbean, I value the relationships with my customers. It would have been a no brainer for me. Replace or refund the $2 and keep the customers.
